Method:
In 100gms Punjabi Gravy base Premix
1) Add 500ml of water mix and stir it well
2) In a pan, add oil/butter and heat for a few minutes.
3) Once oil/ butter is hot, pour the paste (made in step 1) into the pan.
4) Stir the gravy for 15mins.
5) Add Proteins and Cream as required to Punjabi Base Gravy
