Method to make sambhar:

METHOD:

1)Take 100 gms of sambar premix and add 500ml of water in a vessel

2) Put 50 ml  of oil in boiling pan

3) Pour the paste (made in 1st step) in pan and stir for few minutes

 (AFTER THE PASTE GETS THICK IN PAN )

4)Add more 500ml of water
(Stir and heat for 10 mins)

5)Add vegetables as required to the sambar.
