Chotelal Gravy Masala
Suggested recipe: vegetable makhanwala serves: 5 persons
Ingredients required: 100 g. Paneer (cubed) • 500 g. Mix Vegetables like mushrooms, green peas, carrots, baby Corn & cauliflower • 250 g. Onions (grated) • 2 tbsp Chotelal Gravy masala • 1oo g. Tomatoes (pureed) • 1 cup curds ,25 g. Each of cashew nuts & almonds • 50 g. Khoya • 2 tbsp Sliced coriander leaves • 1 tsp red chilli powder • 4 tbsp Cream • salt to taste.
Method:
Grind together onion, ginger & garlic.
Steam cooks all the vegetables till just done.
Heat 4 tbsp butter & fry onion, ginger & garlic till soft.
Add in tomatoes, curd & salt.
When the butter comes out from the tomatoes mixer, add Khoya & mix till smooth.
Put in vegetables along with paneer & 1 cup water & cook till
The gravy is thickened.
Pour cream on top & decorate with nuts & chopped coriander leaves .
Notes : This dish is serve either with naan or paratha it can also be eaten with puries. You can add the vegetables of your choice in the dishes. Instead of nuts you can decorated with fresh fruits of your choice.
