Chotelal Achari Ghost Masala

Suggested receipe : Achari Gosht masala     serves: 6-8 persons

Ingredients required :  meat /chicken 1 kg. Yoghurt 2 cups . Tomatoes 6-7 medium size . Big green chillies 6-8 side slitted . Lemon juice 2 tbsp. Oil /ghee 1 cup 150gms .water 2 glass chotelal Achari Gosht masala 50 gms 1 pkt

Method

• Mix 1 ½ tbsp of Chotelal Achari Ghost Masala  & lemon juice & stuff the green chillies with mixture .
• Heat oil in pan & add meat /chicken with mashed tomatoes .
• Add yogurt & the balance Chotelal Achari Gosht Masala & stir for 5 to 10 minutes
• Add water & cook till the meat /chicken tenders.
• Add stuffed green chillies & let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame
• Garnish with green coriander & serve hot.
