Samosa :
Filling: Patato 750g, Green peas 25g, Cumin seeds 5g, Ginger 30g, green chillis 8 nos, coriander, chotelal samosa masala 50g .
Dough :Flour 300g, oil 60ml
Method: Peel & cut potatoes into cubes,heat oil add cumin seeds, ginger ,potatoes ,salt and water .cook till potatoes are tender,add boiled peas & green chillies and stir till mixture is dry add Chotelal samosa masala and cool,put this mixture on rolled puries of the dough and shape deep fir.
Serve With Sweet Chutney or Green Chutney
