Ingredients required: skinned chicken breast filled cut into 1 ½ inch cube: 500gm, ghee /oil 3tbsn, 2 tomatoes, chotelal balti curry masala 3tbsn, ginger-garlic paste
1 tbsn .water 1 cup, salt to taste.
Method:
Heat ghee/oil in a karahi (deep frying pan) fry onions add garlic ginger paste and stir fry add chotelal balti curry masala add chicken /meat and stir fry for 10 minutes ,
Add water & salt , simmer for 5 minutes, garnish with coriander leaves.
