Kabab masala

Suggested receipe :meat kabab        Serves: 4persons

Ingredients required

Ground meat 500gms,  1 large  onion .gram flour ¼ cup.green chillies 2 chopped salt 1 tbsp . ½ lemon .1 egg .ghee/oil/butter ¼ cup. Chotelal kabab masala, chotelal chat masala .

Method

• Mix choped onion,gram flour ,salt together with water & form a paste.
• Add 4 tbsp .chotelal kaba masala
• Apply paste on minced meat and keep aside for 30 minutes
• Add egg knead this mixture until it becomes sticky .
• Divide this mixture into 12 portions
• Thread the kabab on skewers.
• Cook under hot grill or charcoal fire .
• Serve hot garnished with fresh coriander leaves and sprinkle chotelal chat masala for a unique taste.
