Chotelal Nihari Masala

Suggested receipe: Nihari   Serves :   4 persons

Ingredients require :meat 1kg. Chotelal nihari masala 3 tbsp.ghee 250g. Atta or cornflour 75g. 1 onion

Method

• Heat 1 cup ghee
• Add meat & chotelal nihari spice ,mix .fry well.
• Add about 6 to 8 glasses of water .cover& cook on a slow flam till tender
• Dissolve the cornflour in one glass of cold water &add to the gravy ,stirring constantly .
• Add round sliced onion to gravy & simmer for a while .
• Serve garnished with ginger ,green chillies &lime juce .
