KORMA MASALA
SUGGESTED RECEIPE :KORMA SERVES:4 PERSONS
INGREDIENTS: 1 medium chicken cut into pieces,1/4 coconuts,2 tbsp chotelal korma masala, 250 grams grated onions, 1cup yoghurt, 25 grams each of cashew nuts and almonds, 1tsp each of Lasoon ginger and garlic paste, 250 grams grated tomatoes .salt to taste .
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves .
Method:1) Roast and grind together nuts and coconut
2) Mix together chicken with ground paste ,yoghurt,onions and ginger and garlic .
3)Set aside 1 hour.
4) Heat 3 tbsp.oil and add chicken along with all the above ingredients with the exception of coriander leaves .
5) cook till the oil comes to the top ,put in 1 cup water and continue cooking till the gravy turns thick decorate with coriander leaves
