INGREDIENTS REQUIRED
Mutton 500g, wheat 500g, ghee 100g , 4-5 green chilli crushed. 2 ½ tspn.ginger & garlic paste, Chotelal haleem masala 2tsp,
Onions 100g
Method:
Cook the wheat till soft, clean and cook mutton till tender mince and grind to fine paste, heat ghee ,add ginger,garlic, chilli paste, then sliced onions and fry till brown, add Chotelal haleem masala and mutton ,fry for some time, add mashed wheat and salt cook on slow fire till it leaves sides.
Add lime juice and garnish with coriander leaves and finely sliced onions
