Chotelal Chicken Tikka Masala

Suggested recipe:CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA
Serves:6 PERSON

Ingredients:

1kg Chicken, cut into cubes, 3 tbsp Chotelal Chicken Tikka Masala,1 tbsp each of Ginger and Garlic paste, 5OOgm Curds, few drops Orange Red food colouring,100gm Cashew Nut paste, 2 tbsp Coriander leaf paste, 1 tbsp Red Chilli paste, Salt to taste.”

Method
Mix together all the above ingredients and set aside whole night in the fridge.
Pre-heat the grill, thread the Chicken or Paneer cubes on skewers cook turning often basting with oil till golden in colour
